Rules:

1.) 100 Tix maximum / 65 Tix minimum will be available.

2.) There is no limit to the number of tickets one may purchase.

3.) All monies received will be held in escrow until the winning ticket is drawn 6:00pm on August 6, 2011.

4.) Winner shall be liable for any taxes (NH is tax-free) and shipping expenses.

5.) Should the raffle not sell the minimum 65 tickets required by 6:00pm August 6, 2011, all monies received towards this raffle will be refunded not later than August 15, 2011.

6.) Should the raffle not sell the minimum 65 tickets required by 6:00pm August 6, 2011, the guitar shall remain the property of John Mann's Guitar Vault and be available for sale.

7.) The guitar shall remain at John Mann's Guitar Vault, where it may be inspected, until day of raffle.
